Total Drama Camp

Joseph_Kohtz
Twenty-four campers gather together at a campsite and participate in challenges to win $1,000,000 on international TV. The winning team of each challenge gets to spend the night in the luxury cabin; second place receives a smaller prize and no elimination, but they have to sleep in an old, rundown house; and the losing team sends a player home and sleeps in a treehouse. Once the groups merge, it's every camper for themselves, and the players battle it out, hoping to either win invisibility and a spot in the luxury cabin or find the hidden invisibility idol that will prevent them from getting voted off. The last player standing wins the million.

I am a Videogame Character

Ervin slumped at his desk, the glow of his monitor the only light in the room. "My life is utterly pathetic," he muttered to his computer, his character idling in his favorite MMO. "Not like you. You're living in a paradise, aren't you? No job, no rent, no people to disappoint." A bitter laugh escaped him, and without realizing it, his eyes began to well up. He had hit rock bottom. Fired from his job just when he needed money the most, evicted by his parents, and now facing an empty stomach. All he had left was his aging computer and the decade-old digital character that felt more real than his own life. "Damn it..." He pushed away from the keyboard and collapsed onto the desk, his face buried in his arms. "I just wanted one chance... one real, honest-to-god opportunity. If I had that... I-I know I could be exceptional." But Ervin didn't notice his computer screen beginning to glow with an unearthly light. Nor did he immediately register the soft, melodic voice that seemed to emanate from it. "Please don't cry, Ervin... You have given me so much. I believe it is finally my turn to repay you." The next morning, Ervin jolted awake in his bed, covered in a cold sweat. Something was immediately and profoundly wrong. He could see his own hands in front of his face, but he also saw... himself. A second field of vision hovered above him, a detached, third-person perspective like he was a character in a video game. ======================================== This novel may go a bit crazy, but i hope ya'll like crazy haha! Inspired by Lookism, Reality Quest a bunch other Korean works and Baki, yes, BAKI. For Power System everyone will have their own flavour of fighting styles, but with a little more flavour to them. Imagine Sanji's Fire Kicks, or Gaia's leaf knifes. Story has a few chapters for setting and introduction, but the action will pick up soon. Thank you for your time and please enjoy!
