Cry of the Ashen
Ashe awakens with no memory of who she is in a strange world of vast structures and ancient technology. She soon discovers she is not alone. Everyone here has awakened the same way: without memories or answers.
They are called Emergents.
Not long after, she begins to see messages appearing around her, as if someone is trying to reach her from somewhere far away. The voice calls itself Sven, claiming to be a survivor searching for others like her.
The land around her feels strange, like a monumental relic filled with mysterious constructs and unreadable writings. All the while, far above, a colossal vessel no one can reach crosses the sky in silent, repeating cycles.
As Ashe searches for answers, she begins to realize that the world responds to her in ways it does not to others. So together with Connor, an Emergent chasing his own past, she sets out across this broken world, one that preserves records far older and stranger than either of them could have imagined.
