On the third day of the Elven Delegation's arrival at Cecil Castle, a magic-guided vehicle, unmarked and mysterious, drove into the base surrounded by thick walls and energy shields at the secret facility "Project Shelter 115" located at the foot of the Dark Mountain Range southwest of the imperial capital. The vehicle passed through the connecting passage and mechanical gates behind the administrative zone, and entered the giant cavern that housed the main testing site.
