The ones who had gathered knew of Angelica's power for she could dominate them without issue, everyone in the room all at once if she tried. They knew that, hence why she was the one who was in charge. What's more, they knew of the crystal crown on her head, one that had allowed her to go beyond the level that any of them could achieve. She had done it on her own a while ago and they had begged her for the secrets behind her ascension, but she had never mentioned how she had done it. Most just thought it was her hanging on to power, not wanting anyone else to grow as strong as she had.
