Even if a result is objectively worse, AI will still have a preference for their own creations. A job resume created by a specific AI will always outperform something human made or made with another AI. Since most companies are using AI to screen resumes, the choice of AI to use to pass the initial screening is extremely important.
Think of it as, whatever a certain chat model generates as a good/optimal result would naturally be seen by it as a good/optimal result.
