"Ice Empress, are you ready?" Huo Yuhao quietly dissipated the jutsu and turned towards the two awaiting icy women.
After Ice Empress woke up, he quickly transmitted the events of the last couple of years as well as his plan of evolving his second martial soul into her mind.
Explaining it in words would simply take too long.
She wanted to complain at the sudden breach of privacy but the moment the torrent of memories entered her mind, the words died in her throat.
Because what she saw was simply absurd and terrifying! She understands that their time was racing.
For a God was actively targeting them!
Sure the Ice God was after them as well, but her influence was severely limited within the Extreme North.
The Sea God Tang San on the other hand?
That man was known as the strongest soul master in history, known to be a God amongst Gods!

Snow Empress went silent. She inwardly sighed and then glanced toward Huo Yuhao.
She already understood the situation.
Huo Yuhao's second martial soul was intimately tied to Ice Empress herself. If he wanted to push that martial soul beyond its current limits, then the one who held the true origin of that power had to participate willingly.
And the opportunity they had now...

What Huo Yuhao was planning to do, was to evolve his second martial soul into the Ice Scorpion Dragon King!
Evolving a martial soul into a higher tier was incredibly hard. Although Beast Type Martial Souls are easier to do so, the process is still extremely difficult.
First, soul beasts with such bloodlines are either incredibly rare or extinct.
Secondly, the blood essence and soul bones of a soul beast of higher tier of bloodline similar to the soul master's beast martial soul must have incredible compatibility and resonance; triggering an evolution.
In this situation? Dragon and Scorpion is obviously widely different.
The success rate of the evolution was at most 5%. And that was being optimistic because of their elemental properties.

Snow Empress's eyes widened as the ice-blue sphere was brought before her.
Within that sphere, a familiar small figure in a fetus position could be seen.
It was her physical body!
Due to the deterioration of her body caused by premature rebirth, Snow Empress had no choice but to seperate her origin energy, soul, and physical body.
Her origin energy was tucked away in Huo Yuhao's main spiritual sea, her soul sealed in his dantian, while her physical body was placed within the second spiritual sea to heal and rejuvenate it.
Now, after more than two years, her physical body fully recovered!
"My body..." Snow Empress mumbled, a complicated expression on her face as she placed her hands over the sphere.
Although it was a mere two years, which in a long-live species' perspective was like a blink, it felt it had been hundreds of years!
She doesn't know what to feel.
Huo Yuhao continued,
"Your physical body has recovered to its fullest during your hibernation."
"Moreover, due to the continued nourishment of the Life Gold and other external factors, your physical body has advanced to a higher state than before. It could even rival a True Dragon's physique, but not at the level of Di Tian's unfortunately. Well, not yet at least."
"In my personal opinion, it's at a stage in which it's a shy away from being a God-level body, or Divine Beast Body to be technical."
Snow Empress was shocked.
As a Great Beast with a cultivation of 700,000 years, it's natural she would have a tough body. Even Transcendent Douluos would have a tough time making her bleed. But she wasn't confident that she could take on Class 9 soul-fixed cannon soul tools.

Huo Yuhao and Ice Empress shared a look, they both nodded.
"Let's start with the spirit soul contract."
The process was smooth and successful. Although Huo Yuhao had only accomplished it only one time, he was completely confident in his ability. Moreover, with the existing relationship he has with Ice Empress, it would be a miracle if this process had failed.
Ice Empress became his official second spirit soul.
During the spirit soul transition process, Snow Empress had completed the transfer back into her physical body.
Initially, the body had the appearance of a young child. But as Snow Empress's soul settles down and assimilates, she began to grow into her original, older form.

Due to the Sukunahikona, the Water Dragon King's corpse was only at the size of a coffin.
He sat cross-legged before it and held the crystalized condensed soul energy of the Water Dragon King.
"Skydream, Jianxin, Snow Empress. Please, hold on for a while." Huo Yuhao muttered, worry filling his eyes as he looked up. His Eye of Destiny glowing with the shine of dark-blue.
