Updating in Progress 11/3/26

Once I reach my intended chapter count, I will begin uploading the updated chapters by replacing the old versions currently available.

Important: For anyone who is reading the old version, I am giving you the opportunity to participate in the new story!

You can leave suggestions in the comments and even create your own characters. I am particularly looking for Generals and Admirals who can make decisions and influence events throughout the story. However, character submissions are not limited to military personnel. You can create a bandit or any other type of character, but do keep in mind that your character might be killed off.

For example, Generals and Admirals could be asked what should be done with Super Mutants, Ghouls, and other groups. Should they be spared, eliminated, or should some be spared while others are not?

This is an opportunity for you, the readers, to interact with the story and have your own characters and decisions become part of it!

If you are late or missed this opportunity and things have already progressed, I am not going to wait around for more submissions. I will continue writing, but you can still create a character, and it might be used.

You don't need to fill everything out, but it helps. Be creative with what you are making, as the world is massive, and the story is not going to be limited to just the US.

I have two possible directions I could take, and I would like to know what you, the readers, would prefer.


Option 1: Introduce Armor From Other Universes


What are your thoughts on introducing armor inspired by other franchises into the Fallout universe?


For example, would you be okay with seeing Halo-inspired armor as a more advanced version of the armor currently available in Fallout?


Power Armor: Mjolnir/Spartan-inspired armor.


This would allow me to introduce more advanced armor designs and technology while still having them exist within the Fallout universe.


Everything stays within the Fallout universe, with no armor or technology inspired by other franchises. I will design it around Fallout's existing technology.


That means no ODST armor, Spartan armor, or anything similar from other franchises.


Without giving too much information away, here are a few examples of armor currently planned or already in use.
