As the creature skittered at lightning speed near Ling Mo, it suddenly stopped. With a sidelong glance, Ling Mo noticed Xia Na and the others were entangled by an onslaught of Invisible Zombies. So why did it stop? A thought flicked through his mind, and he suddenly realized something. He turned and grabbed Ye Lian.
What this creature was looking at was Ye Lian...
Ling Mo stood silent for a second before a surge of anger erupted within him.
A "beep" dared to stare at his girlfriend!
"Are you looking for death?" Ling Mo shouted, flashing the torchlight onto its head. Under the light, the zombie's head seemed deceptively normal, but amidst its shadowy form, only two red dots were visible, giving it a very strange appearance.
Ling Mo's shout was meant to draw its attention, but unexpectedly, the zombie's body shifted, and it suddenly leaned towards him.
Then, out of the zombie's mouth came a sudden burst of human speech: "I'm not looking for death."
