For Fang Zheng, the scarcity of divine power has always been his biggest shortcoming.
Magical girls are a racial divine position, but the number of magical girls is really too small. Except for the magical girls in Akemi Homura's world, which are calculated by legion, other worlds can only have several hundred to a few thousand, which is already quite amazing. Even in the Main World, where Fang Zheng opened the magical girl faction, it's the same. Because the requirements for being a magical girl are very high, it's completely talent-based, which further restricts the number of magical girls.
Therefore, the divine power provided by magical girls is not too much.
