"Hmph, truly stubborn!" the Divine Master sneered, "With your strength, if you wanted to escape, this Divine Master might not be able to keep you. But here you are, stubbornly using origin power to block me. Do you think dying slowly is any better?"
The golden Buddha statue behind Mahakaya was, in fact, the origin power Mahakaya had cultivated over many years. Although this power was extremely strong, once consumed, it was thoroughly finished, equivalent to having his cultivation wasted.
