A mountain range slowly emerged before Guding's eyes, with each peak towering into the clouds, stretching endlessly, like a giant wall between heaven and earth.
In front of that mountain range, Guding seemed as small as an ant.
He looked around, finally retrieving his gaze and fixing it on a cave entrance at the foot of a nearby peak. Without hesitation, he stepped inside.
Inside the entrance was a long, narrow hallway, engulfed in darkness with not a ray of light. To be safe, Guding didn't rush but proceeded cautiously. He didn't know the intentions of the one secretly watching him, nor what kind of temperament they had, if they would launch a surprise attack, but it was always better to be cautious.
He walked along the hallway for more than half an hour when Guding finally saw the exit ahead.
