Under the guidance of the Sea Emperor, the group arrived at the residence of the Heggar Clan.
The entrance to the residence was bustling with people, all of whom surprisingly were there to seek medical treatment.

"The Heggar Family has over thirty thousand direct members, with nearly thirty thousand of them being doctors. Even those staying at the main residence number in the tens of thousands. The patients coming here have complicated medical cases, ones that normal hospitals find hard to treat. Common ailments are usually sent to subsidiary hospitals of nearby families," the Sea Emperor had done his homework before coming.
At the entrance, several women in white uniforms were inquiring about the ailments of visitors, and then leading them inside one by one. Some were taken by other men to a nearby hospital.
