He thought if something doesn't exist....if there is no concept of omnipresent while being in a mortal shell, what stopped him from creating it? He remembered Stands from JoJo, an absurdly powerful abilities in a mortal shell, time manipulation, life manipulation, true destruction that literally made people erased from the existence and the nothingness (Void), manipulating the cause and the affect like King Crimson and Golden Experience Requiem did and much more ridiculous powers like semi breaking the fucking forth wall like Bohemian Rhapsody , if he can make an ability that share the Soul Split Immortal Killer move and the Stands characteristics without any of the first or the second flaws ( being able to have just one without using some special methods such as fusing two souls to create a new being) he could actually do it!! and finally get rid of one of his greatest flaws but this method needs time, resources, and actually gaining a Stand user Soul for research and the knowledge about Splitting Souls, the first condition...is difficult but the second just needs time, something he isn't afraid of not having, as there is nothing that is making his life force that is getting stronger day by day weakens, as long he cultivate his soul, body or mind he will get a boost in his lifetime, as long there is a natural energy he wouldn't worry about not having time. Of course now he will focus on what is in his current tasks, having a stronger fist on this village witch will need just a few more years to brain wash everyone without anyone alerted. he thinks that just 2 years maximum is enough for him to brainwash everyone in 100 km radium into thinking he is the living venerablity, the living embodiment of righteousness if he gets the seven tails under his control, of course the real period that can only be less but never more. he already have his mind a way to get the beast, a way that contains a "revolution against corruption" witch of course he would be creating himself in the higher-ups of this village, he already started with the Kage with the bribed money, the next thing is to get him into gambling, alcohol and women or men depends on his preferences, of course those places will be his in another name he can't let hardworked on image be flagged can he , the council will be next in the line obviously.
