Qin Mengying carefully propped herself up and cuddled the little baby next to her.
Fang Ci had just finished talking to the doctor, and upon entering, she saw that Qin Mengying was already awake. She rushed over excitedly, "Mengying, you're finally awake! I was really worried sick about you!"
"Mrs. Ou, I'm sorry for making you worry!" Qin Mengying was still somewhat weak, her voice soft and powerless, but she was in good spirits.
"It's okay, as long as you're fine! Thank heavens mother and daughter are safe!" Fang Ci was moved to tears, finally feeling a weight lifted off her heart.
"Hey, here's the chicken soup you wanted." Outside the door, Andy walked in with a box, looking dejected. After raising his head and suddenly seeing Qin Mengying awake and sitting on the bed, he was stunned, and then a trace of joy appeared on his face, followed by some embarrassment, "You... you're awake..."
Fang Ci took it over with a huff, "What took you so long?"
