"Come here." His voice was light, but his words were assertive.
Su Jiuyi walked over, and he handed her the towel. Just as Su Jiuyi was about to reach for it, she slipped and fell sideways.
"Careful!" Shi Aoju quickly grabbed her wrist, helping her regain her balance.
Before Su Jiuyi could react, he held her hand and began wiping the car, standing very close to her. They were practically entwined; if she turned her head, she'd bump into his sturdy chest.
Su Jiuyi's face instantly turned red, and she stammered, "I can do it myself."
Shi Aoju nodded and discreetly stepped aside to watch her clean.
When she reached the roof of the car, Su Jiuyi found herself a bit too short, so Shi Aoju took the towel and wiped it himself.
After about half an hour of scrubbing, the two finally managed to clean the car. Su Jiuyi had never washed a car before, and Shi Aoju was even less experienced; he usually left car management to his assistants.
