A True Noblesse is not like any other Noblesse because they are considered to be royalty even among the latter. They are beings that are said to only appear once an epoch which means that only Adrian can be born as a True Noblesse at this point in time. Unless a universe ending calamity happens, another True Noblesse will never be born again as they are so powerful and anomalous that the universe can only allow one at a time.
Adrian's horns are also segmented as if they are mere fragments being held up by something invisible. When he opens his eyes, the horns felt like they came alive as a dark purple energy seeped into them that took the appearance of flames. The Crown of Horns looked incredibly regal and royal when the energy that is inside of Adrian illuminated it.
