She covered her face and shyly ran out of the restaurant.
"Xiaoxiao."
Xin Xiaoxiao had just left the restaurant when she bumped into Grandpa. He was coming in from outside the door, with a servant pushing his wheelchair behind him.
"Grandpa." She called out brightly and quickly rushed over.
The servant automatically stepped aside, and she pushed Grandpa into the living room.
Grandpa patted Xin Xiaoxiao's hand, grinning widely, "Xiaoxiao, Grandpa really missed you."
He truly did miss her.
Whenever Xin Xiaoxiao came over, the whole house seemed to come alive.
"I don't have time to miss you old folks."
She was much more relaxed with Grandpa; the first of the Xiang Family she had met was him.
A cheerful old man who didn't care about rules.
The kind of elder she really liked.
Grandpa nodded, "Well, it's fine that you miss my grandson; I miss my great-grandson."
