As the lieutenant of Demon God Samael, he was entrusted with the control of this gate from the very beginning; the so-called destruction of the Gate of Hell was merely a ploy to deceive the other Evil Gods.
The invasion of the Segis World had been costly, especially with the Abyss Myths that followed Samael, none of whom returned. It was even rumored that Samael himself had been sealed by the Life Goddess.
Now, the most powerful myth in the entire sixth layer of the Hell Plane was Flame Demon Los.
And this set the crafty mind of this Evil God into motion.
Demons are naturally rebellious, with chaotic and evil attributes. Even if the strong are respected and the weak submit, it's only because the strong are stronger.
Betrayal, deception, backstabbing... such acts are all too common in the Abyss.
