Emperor Weapons are usually as difficult to encounter as Immortal Emperors.
Generally speaking, an Immortal Emperor has only one Emperor Weapon, the one that was enhanced alongside them when they became an Immortal Emperor. If Jing Yan can now step into the Immortal Emperor Realm, then his Ice Flame Sword has a high probability of becoming an Emperor Weapon.
Of course, it is not to say that an Immortal Emperor can only have one Emperor Weapon. If one Immortal Emperor kills another, they can also obtain the other Emperor's weapon. However, it is very difficult to wield the full Power of a seized Emperor Weapon.
"This isn't looking good!" The heart of Grandmaster Lan Zan of the Tianbei Sect also sank.
