The press conference can be considered a success if Issei didn't ruin it by saying something stupid and embarrassing like his obsession with a woman's breast when the journalist asked him what he loved the most.
He answered that question with the most stupid answer that could come out of his mouth. A lot of journalists fell to the floor because they felt that Issei's answer was really stupid. And because of that embarrassing moment, Irina took her boyfriend out of the building where the press conference was held.
Irina was not pulling Issei's ear this time, but she hit Issei's head with a metal harisen that she took out of nowhere to the point Issei is passed out, and after that, she took Issei go.
Rias can only ask for forgiveness to the press with a red face because of the stupidity that was shown by Issei. The other members of her peerage group, including me, can only facepalming because of the thing that just happened in front of us.
After that stupid moment, the press conference can be considered a success. And nothing bad has happened because of the other member or Ria's peerage. I feel relieved that the press conference has ended because all the journalists who were asking me keep asking questions that have nothing to do with the ratings games.

"I really didn't mind Irisviel treating me like a doll, as long as she gave me the delicious cookie that Emiya Shirou made," Ophis replied in a flat tone. "And as long as I can be close to Emiya Shirou because he has something that I desire so much inside his soul."

"Maybe because she really wants to live inside your Reality Marble no matter what, and because of that, she doesn't mind if Irisviel treats her like a doll," Arturia said, who is helping Shirou make the cookies. "To tell the truth, Shirou, I even cannot feel an evil intention from her at all; what I can feel from her is only her obsession with a quiet place."
