When Freida heard her son's words, the smile on her face disappeared. She narrowed her eyes, and her aura began to rise.
"What do you mean by that?" she asked sternly.
"I want to get stronger. I want to participate in battle and fight the monsters of the Sea Fiend Cave. That's the only way to grow faster," Fadu said with burning determination.
Freida simply stared at her son. As both a mother and the Matriarch of the Household, she knew that her son had been training hard over the past few days.
The family had resources, so her son would surely grow stronger in the future. However, even with the vast resources of the family, it would take years before Fadu could achieve a strength she considered average.
"Mother, please! I don't want to repeat what happened before," Fadu said as he bowed his head.
Hearing her son's pleading tone, Freida's heart softened. It was her first time seeing him this determined.
