The forest shook as the Behemoth roared again, a sound that made the air itself tremble. Trees cracked under its weight, and the moonlight glinted off its thick, stony hide.
"Move!" Darenn barked, throwing up an earthen wall just in time. The beast's tail smashed against it, sending dust and shards flying.
Zann clenched his fists, fire flickering at his fingertips. "How the hell are we supposed to fight something that big!?"
Leonel arched a brow at him. "Didn't you defeat a Behemoth before!?"
He snapped back. "That was months ago! And my first time was years ago!"
Aranea widened her eyes in shock as this is the closest she was to a Behemoth. "Then how are we to beat this again!? Did we bite more than we can chew?"
"By not dying!" Beau shouted back, spinning his blades and charging forward. "Cover me!"
Irving slammed his hammer into the ground, lightning sparking in jagged lines that crawled toward the Behemoth's legs. "Now, while it's grounded!"
