St. George Cathedral in central London.
This St. George Cathedral was the former base of "Necessarius" and right now there are two members of Neccesarius who doing a private conversation inside the church.
"So Sherry Cromwell was captured by Hiko Seijuro XIII, huh? And she failed in doing her plan. Well from the start I didn't expecting her to succed in doing her stupid plan to ignite a war between a science side and a magical side. Because without even ignite, the war between the two side already happened for a very long time. And if not because of the interference of Hiko Seijuro as a neutral side that didn't siding with science or magic an all out war that more bigger than the two world war will be happening and maybe Aleister Crowley would became the winner in the war."
A young girl who are having crystal-white skin, clear blue eyes, and shining long golden hair that about 2.5 times her height was truly abnormal, and she dresses herself with a beige gray robe was sitting in one of the brown wooden bench inside the church beside her there was a older looking man with mean look and long hair with a cigarette in his lips.
"Well atleast with that traitor was being captured by that idiotic samurai so we didn't have to do anything to taking care of her," Stiyl Magnus said while inhale the cigarette in his mouth until it disappear with only the filter left. "So because we didn't need to do anything to her anymore, so what we must do next, boss?"
"First Stiyl, I already told you many times that it was forbidden to smoking a cigarette inside the church! And secondly don't call me a boss! Please call me Laura! If you call me a boss you making me look old!"
Laura Stuart the leader of Neccesarius was feel angry right now because one of her surbordinate was doing a thing that she hate, by calling her a boss.
"Shut up you stupid boss! Don't ever try to forbid me to smoking! Because if I'm not smoking I will feel crazy! So I'll better die rather than stop smoking!"
Stiyl then taking out another cigarette from his pocket put the cigarette in his mouth and then lit the smoke using a lighter.
"You didn't know how great cigarrete is! Cigarette was the best invention that human made! There was nothing in this world that can surpass the relieved that I get when I inhale the smoke!"
"Sigh if you act like this, no wonder, Kaori forbid you to get close to Academy City," Laura said while sighing. "Because your addiction to a cigarette already at the insanity level and Kaori didn't want a cigarette addict like you to get close to Index. I think I really need to evaluate you pyshicological profile once more, to determined are you fit to do your job as a member of Neccesarius or not!"
After that Laura Stuart was flipping her palm to call her bodyguard and an order to her bodyguard.
"All of you, bring that nicotine addict to the rehabilitation center and don't let him out until he was cured from his addiction!"
Stiyl want to escape as soon as he can right after he saw Laura private bodyguard. But sadly Laura bodyguard was faster and stronger than him so he cannot do anything to escape from them.

Kyosuke Hyoubu was just ten years old when an experiment was doing at him so that he can became an Esper. Different from Fujiko Tsubomi his pseudo older sister and also his former lover who are a Gemstone who have telekinesis, teleportation and also pyschometry. Kyosuke Hyoubu was just an ordinary kid who was choose by Aleister Crowley as the first human in the world that will became an artificial Esper because his body are having a potential to became the strongest Esper that ever exist as the result from the tree diagram scan at him.
His telekinesis was strong, and with his power he helping Japan in the war againts the invader from the different dimension. But sadly a lot of his friend became a victim in that wars and because of that Kyosuke Hyoubu became a bit insane. And because of that he starting his personal war againts the Academy City, Japan Goverment and also to the normal human.
He blaming he Academy City and Japan Goverment as the cause that make his friend die at war. And he also blame the normal human that he protect with all of his power at the war who mocking him and calling him a monster because of the power that he have.
The trauma that Kyousuke Hyoubu have at war making the true potential of his Esper power to arise his true ability was to permanently acquiring the Esper power of anyone who dies around him, so this results in him having even more abilities that any other Esper on his era. Fujiko Tsubomi his lover, was try to talk with him and ask him to giving up, but sadly Kyousuke Hyoubu already tainted by darkness and gone too far and because of that Fujiko effort was futile.
A big fight was happen between the Esper of Academy City and the Esper of Pandora the group of terrorist that Hyoubu made. The Esper from Pandora was composed from the remain of Academy City Esper who have one mind with Kyousuke and a lot of Gemstone Esper who became the survivor of the dimensional war.
The fight was intense and making a lot of destruction in the area around Academy City. And even though Kyousuke having more ability that Fujiko, both of them was fight on par with each other because the level of Fujiko power was a bit higher than Kyousuke.
There were already a lot of victim because of the fight but the fight still not stop even after only Fujiko and Kyousuke that left in the battlefield.
But the fight finally ended after Hiko Seijuro XIII was send by the Japan Goverment to stop the duel between the two monster. And Hiko stop the fight with only one slash from his sword.
After the fight was ended Kyousuke was put inside the prison deep within the underground of Academy City with a special stone and barrier that can neutralize any Esper power. While Fujiko was being casted out of Academy City because of her failure to stop Kyousuke and right now she was being recruited by Hiko to became the leader of BABEL the non profit organization that secure and protect the Gemstone Esper. And sixty years after Kyousuke was captured by Academy City, he was released one again by Aleister so he can make a chaos inside the Academy City.
