I spent many days working and channeling the energy around me even when I was sleeping I moved the energy around. Eventually circulating the energy around me became second nature I could call it anywhere I wanted.
"Dean I'm impressed with your control you can move the energy inside you anywhere you would like almost instantly. Now we will coerce the energy to move a pebble. We will work on control and precision, aim small miss small."
"Don't worry Dean, with Brandon here teaching you, you'll be better off than most." A middle aged woman was leaning on the side of the Cabin and smiling sweetly.
"This is my lovely wife Amelia and the best cook in the world" Brandon was smiling when saying that.
"When you finish training I baked sweet rolls for you." said Amelia.
"You will hold the pebble in the air for a minute then you can finish for today and get some sweet rolls." said Brandon then he and Amelia walked over to the Cabin porch and sat down together drinking some tea.

"Huff, Huff, Huff." Finally I held the pebble for a minute and thirteen seconds. Afterwards I felt a weird sensation flow through my body it was like I was getting stronger. "Hey Brandon I felt something weird, like a boost of energy making me feel stronger. What happened?"
"Haha I thought it'll happen soon, you just got upgraded to an E-2 from practicing the Element. You are now slightly stronger than the Average man. In order to climb higher it takes exponentially more time and effort so make sure to train. After passing each rank it'll add time to your lifespan."He had a grin in his face "I'm a D-8 and I am older than you think."
It intrigued me how the leveling system went, if I want to live more i need to train and get more power. This is the way the world makes people train and fight more to live longer. I went and got some sweet rolls from Amelia and thanked her then went home.
When I got home Dad was gone and Mom was in the just about to leave. She said, "Dean I'm going to go care for some people and your dad is out looking for a job so here's some money for food." She pulls out 20 copper and hands it to me then kisses me on the forehead then leaves.
I know how to make some money to help my family, I take my dagger and the 20 copper to go buy some things. I buy food nutrient bars and bandages just in case of an accident, they were 10 copper each. Next I go into the Dark forest and track a deer. I learned how to track from my Dad when we went hunting.
I tracked the deer to a small pond where I found a small Buck drinking from it. I knew I couldn't sneak up and kill it so I guess I'll try to throw my knife how hard could it be.
Swish....Tink...Well I guess that didn't work the knife sailed way over its head and lodged itself into a rock next to it. After the knife went over the deer's head it was startled and started to run away. I went to go pick up the knife and try something else. I found a rock ledge near the pond and waited for something to come. As I waited I practiced moving pebbles.
Later on I was able to pick up as many pebbles as I wanted to but it wouldn't last long I guess I need more practice. Also no matter how hard I pressed the rocks together they wouldn't connect to each other. I formed a ball of pebbles but they just fell away after my energy was gone.
Eventually a weird yellow looking fox came to the pond and started drinking from it. I looked at it closely, it was definitely very Agile so I started trying to sneak up on it but then the fox noticed me when I was about 15 feet away. It started growling and I tried to lunge at it, then the fox dodged out of the knifes way in an incredible arc and slashed at my back sending me tumbling forward. I could feel the warm blood trickling down my back but it wasn't that bad. I try and fake the fox and then slash upwards at the belly and it hits. There was even resistance to the knife so this creature must be primitive. The knife soaks up the blood and started glowing blue and humming.
I went back some but the fox chased after me then charged towards my neck so I tucked and rolled and it sailed over my head. By the time the fox turned around the blood was already soaked in greedily. "Time to test how sharp it is." The fox was weakend by the loss of blood and it was a lot slower. It seemed that the fox controlled the air around it to move faster. I stabbed the fox in the head to end its suffering quickly, there seemed to be less resistance not by much.
I then took the fox on my back and walked out the forest, I walked over to the Merchant's shop keeper and put down the fox I killed. "How much for the primitive creature?"
"How, how did you kill this creature?"He looked scared and slightly greedy at the same time
"I killed it myself and I used a primitive dagger. Before you ask it's not for sale."
The merchant said, "Are you sure i could buy it for 20 silver as for the fox its a Gale Force Fox worth 15 silver no more no less."
"First, I said I wasn't going to sell so no. And second okay I will take my 15 silver."I was starting to get annoyed. He gave me the 15 silver and I looked around the shop and found medicine tablets that can heal most minor wounds for one silver coin each. I bought three of them and two minor antipoison tablets.
Then I walked out the shop and went home with 10 silver, it was around dinner time. Next I walked into the house and Mom was home she got angry at me and then but ointment and bandages on. She asked what happened I said I'll explain when Dad gets home.
Dad came home a little later and then we all sat down and ate a soup. Eventually I said, "The reason why I got hurt today was because I was hunting a primitive creature. I sold it for 15 silver to the Merchant and kept 5 silver, here is the rest. I hope helps." Then I put 10 silver on the table
Dad had a worried and proud look on his face he then said, "I want you to tell that what you did is dangerous and you must tell us when you do that again so we at least know. Also I am proud that you stepped up to help and I will use the money well to help us. I did get a job raising farm animals so we will get by but this money will help. Oh and one more thing sell the animals to my friend Marvin he is an honest man and isn't so greedy"
"Do you want to see what I've been training with Earth Element?" I looked at them proud that I could move Earth.
"Yeah, son we would love to see it" Then we all walked out and sat down together I showed them me moving pebbles and making them float and it surprised them.
Eventually we went to bed so I circulated the energy to keep practicing. I slowly drifted off to sleep.
