( Yuuki's POV )
When I asked Shea's father if there was any problem with them moving to our kingdom he put on a dark expression.
Cam: Don't get us wrong, we are very grateful for the offer, the thing is that we ran into the agents of a slave trader not long ago, we ran here to escape them but they caught many of our people.
Yuuki: I see, you can leave that to me.
I took a few steps back and then spread my dragon wings, the rabbitmen were surprised again and while they were looking at me Yue walked towards me and reached her arms towards me.
Yue: Yuuki... Carry me.
This was Yue's way of saying that she was going to accompany me so I carried her like a princess like she asked, then Shea jumped on my back, I gave her a questioning look and she responded by holding on to me tighter, so she was coming too.
Yuuki: Rizu, would you mind staying here and protecting the rabbitmen?
Rizu: Um, no problem.
I trusted Rizu, but I still summoned Grimm, Byako, and the rest of the four guardian beasts to support her.
After that, I took flight and moved at high speed, I headed to one of the ends of the canyon which was the last place where Shea saw her pursuers and when we got there I saw a carriage parked at the entrance of the canyon with a couple of well-armed people, sitting casually waiting for the Shea clan to leave the dangerous canyon.
I retracted my wings and we fell in front of the carriage, the soldiers jumped in surprise and they went for their swords but I was faster than them, I put a hand over the mouth of one of them and the other I put my bone tail around his neck, I lifted both of them from the ground and demanded answers.
Yuuki: You guys listen carefully, what I want from you and the only thing that matters to me is that you point me in the direction of the rabbits that you caught.
The soldiers were giving me angry looks and with trembling hands they pointed in a random direction, I dropped the soldiers to the ground and turned around.
Yuuki: You guys forget about the rabbits, and I wouldn't stay here if I were you, or a big, bad dog might eat you.
Soldier: You bastard!
The soldiers' response was so predictable that I didn't bother turning around, my tails were ready to attack but I didn't have to bother with that because Yue froze the soldier's legs to the ground.
Yuuki: Thanks for that.
Yue: Um... Carry me.
She didn't care much about what had happened and just asked to be carried again, I did exactly that and when Shea jumped on my back, I flew in the direction the soldiers indicated.
Shea: Yuuki, is it okay to leave those guys there?
Yuuki: Don't worry if they think of going after your clan, Grimm will take care of them.
Shea: um ok, if you say so.
We found what we were looking for but this time we didn't just find a carriage but an entire camp with multiple tents, there were some rabbitmen in a cage and others were being loaded into carriages.
I appeared with a strong landing and caught the attention of everyone present, I put Yue down and she stood by my side, Shea got off my back and I whispered to her to stay behind me so I could protect her with my wings.
Soldier Chief: What's that commotion out here?!
Someone who had the build of a seasoned fighter came out of the largest tent and I assumed he was the boss here, he demanded to know what was going on and I fired a small Bala that grazed his head and cut off part of his ear.
Yuuki: I'm only going to say this once, drop your weapons, free the rabbits and you can leave here in one piece.
Soldier Chief: You better fight, damn it, or I'll take care of you myself.
Yuuki: If that's what you want *snap*.
Many of the soldiers were weighing my offer seriously and seeing that their leader tried to push his subordinates to take up arms using threats but when I snapped my fingers a lot of Ceros appeared around me, and seeing that, several soldiers threw their swords to the ground without thinking twice while others prepared to fight.
A few mages prepared to cast their shield magic but my Ceros hit them first, limbs exploded and they didn't have the concentration to use magic, they were too busy writhing in pain to cast magic.
More soldiers threw down their weapons when they saw that my promise was not empty and those who threw down their weapons first were unharmed, but the chief and a couple of loyal soldiers rushed towards me, I fired more Ceros and the boss used his subordinates as shields and he was able to close the distance between us, the boss put all his power into a decisive attack, Yue was going to use magic to help me but I put a hand in front of her to stop her.
I activated my Hollow mask and in the next instant I appeared at his side and with one blow I sent him crashing face first into the cage containing the rabbitmen, and some of his blood got on the rabbitmen.
Yuuki: [Sorry about that.]
My altered voice scared the rabbitmen a little but it didn't stop my castle on the boss, grabbing the back of the boss's head and I slammed him into the ground repeatedly until he lost consciousness.
After that I looked at those who had surrendered first and my dark eyes caused them to tremble in terror so I removed my Hollow mask.
Yuuki: You are free to go, you can take the carriages and your wounded if you want, all except this guy.
After saying those words the soldiers ran to collect their comrades and they left the camp without looking back.
