Tobao extended his hand toward the fox on Rean's arm.
*Rawl!*
The little fox immediately bit his hand. She didn't have much strength, and at Tobao's level, he could have blocked the bite with ease or simply wrapped his hand in Godly Energy so it wouldn't even scratch his skin. He did neither. A few drops of blood trickled from the wound while the fox continued glaring fiercely at him, refusing to let go as a low growl escaped her mouth.
*Growlllll!*
Everyone simply watched.
Even Rean didn't interfere. He liked the little fox, but he also understood her reaction. Tobao had restrained and hurt her earlier while trying to determine whether she truly was the mysterious existence detected by the Sacred Relic. From her point of view, biting him back was perfectly justified.
Tobao himself didn't seem bothered in the slightest. Being a monk, he already felt guilty about what he had done. "I'm sorry."
