It was as if all of these versions of himself saw Travis' current position, and thought of him to have the highest chance of succeeding. All of them donating their experience at once to give Travis a slightly better chance.
Nearby the many clones Akiol was fighting burst apart into a strange goop. The summoned clones of Last Lights vanished, like someone covered the mirror and its reflections. In the distance Akiol sheathed his sword and joined the rest, his gaze landing on Travis.
"You alright?", Akiol helped Travis to his feet moments later.
"Yeah. . . we gotta stop Salamandor. He escaped to revive Averoth!"
