Truthfully he didn't even care if Six Lights was revealed to be cheaters. He was more aware than most of what kind of people they were. So if by some chance they had cheated to be that extraordinary Torch was willing to look the other way.
Akiol had helped him a lot without asking much in return. Torch was able to reach this massive increase in status because of Akiol. Although he admits most of his success came from his own efforts.
The battle data had helped more immensely than Akiol thought it would. Then Kan'na stopped by and entirely revamped how he viewed magic and mana which made his machinery several times more efficient. That wasn't even considering the supercomputer they made.
People like that cheating? So what! They rarely asked for anything in return, and any time they asked for help they were quick to offer something in return.
