Ryuchen woke up when he felt something move next to him. He immediately looked to his wife who was lying next to him. He stared at her beautiful face while she's sleeping soundly, and smiled when he remembered what had happened between them last night.
That was the most wonderful feeling that he has ever experienced in his life.
During past life, he didn't remember what happened between them that night because he was drugged. But now, it was clear to him, every minute and second that happened last night.
It felt so amazing, like his body was being carried high into the clouds. He had never felt that way in his entire life. He was satisfied and complete.
It's still dark outside but he got up slowly from the bed because he didn't want his wife to wake up. He checks the time and finds out that it is only five o'clock in the morning, and knows that his assistant is already awake that time so he quietly went to the balcony to call him.
"Good morning, Mr. Ajero." he greeted.
He asked the result of his investigation.
"Lyka drugged Madam, Jeremy confesses everything, Lyka told him to do whatever he wanted to Madam. She also said to him that you hated Madam and want to divorce her so you will give Jeremy a reward once he is able to ruin Madam's reputation."
Ryuchen's blood boiled in anger.
He will never give a reward to anyone who wants to ruin his wife's name. He has never been angry like that before, Lyka is crazy! Ryuchen wants to make Lyka's life miserable. She has to pay for what she did now.
"I want you to do something." Ryuchen said. "I want her to be removed on all the projects and endorsement that she had right now. I will take back everything that I gave to her."
"Yes, Mr. Ajero." he just answered.
"I also want to take a leave, I will come to the office on wednesday next week." he added. "You and Jenny will take care of the company while my wife and I gone."
"Y-yes, Mr. Ajero."
Robin Kim knew what had happened last night so he did not ask why his boss suddenly asked for leave. He was there when the incident happened to his boss wife. He also did not ask why his boss wanted to take back everything he gave to Lyka.
Ryuchen immediately returned from lying in bed after he called his secretary. He placed Chloe's head on his arm who immediately squeezed her small body into him and felt her embrace which made him smile.
He then looked at the clock, it's only five in the morning so he still has time to sleep.
Ryuchen hugged his wife then kissed her forehead and went back to sleep.
It's been a long time since he slept well.

"Ryuchen, let divorce!" Chloe said while slowly turning her back on him. "I already signed the divorce paper."
Ryuchen's chest suddenly throbbed on Chloe's words. He immediately grabbed her by the arm to stop her from leaving. But she just kept going away.
"No! I don't want to divorce!" he shouted.
But she still continues to walk away from him.
He tried to chase her but he could not get close to her.
"Please, please don't leave me!" he shouted.
"I will leave now." Chloe said when she turned her head to him while smiling but he can see the sadness in her beautiful face that makes his heart break more.
"NO!! please don't leave me." Ryuchen begging her.
"CHLOE!!"
Chloe's image is getting smaller and smaller, until it completely disappeared from his sight. He knelt down, head lower, his chest tightened and couldn't breathe. He couldn't help but to cry.
He... he could not stop his wife from leaving.
Why?
Why would she leave him now that he knows the truth. Now that he has fallen in love with her and can't leave without her. Why can't she believe him that he will love her forever? Why is she not giving him a chance to show his love to her?
She still left.
"Goodbye, Ryuchen."
Ryuchen looked up when he heard Chloe's voice again, but he was so shocked that it caused his heart to stop when he saw a tomb in front of him.
Chloe's name was written there.
"NO!!!"
Ryuchen suddenly got up from bed, chasing his breath when he woke up. It's good that it's just a bad dream. But no, he doesn't want to see his wife grave again even in his dreams.
He suddenly heard his phone ringing, he took his phone and saw Lyka's name on the screen. His forehead furrowed. He immediately rejected the call and then immediately put her on his blocklist.
Ryuchen really doesn't know where Lyka got her courage after what she did to his wife.
Is she really shameless or brainless? How thick is her face to call him after she drugs Chloe?
When Ryuchen turned to the bed where Chloe was lying, it was as if cold water had been poured on his when his wife was not there. He got up and quickly went to the bathroom to look for her, but she was also not there so he immediately left the room. He ran to the living room but he couldn't find her there either. He did not know what to do because he could not see his wife.
His mind is going crazy when he suddenly smells something that makes him suddenly hungry.
Ryuchen immediately went to the kitchen and saw his wife, who was busy cooking. He immediately approached her, breathed a sigh of relief as he felt Chloe in his arms. This bad petite woman doesn't know how anxious he was when he didn't see her when he woke up.
I need to teach her a lesson.
"R-Ryuchen--." he immediately kissed her on the lips as Chloe turned to face him. "Mmmh."
"Who told you to leave my side?" Ryuchen asked between kissing her. "You don't know how anxious I was when I did not see you next to me."
"Ryu--- Ryuchen!" she pushed him away which surprised him. "What are you doing?" Chloe's eyes widened.
Ryuchen felt scared as he remembered his dream of how she slowly disappeared from his sight. He doesn't know if he can handle losing her in his life now.
"You won't leave me, right?" Ryuchen asked as if he was like a child.
"What are you talking about?" she hit his arm.
Ryuchen noticed the redness on her cheeks, she was also massaging her waist but he just ignored it. He was still anxious because of his dream.
"Did you take the wrong medicine?"
"Just tell me you will not leave me." he begged then hugged her again.
Ryuchen suddenly heard someone coughing behind him. He immediately turned to where it was coming from and was shocked, all his blood left his body when he saw his grandmother sitting in front of the table in the kitchen while holding back a smile.
His cheeks slowly getting hot.
F*ck! I'm doomed!
He never showed his vulnerable side to his family, only to his wife. And now, his Grandma saw it too.
Ryuchen and his Grandma are very close to the point that they will tease and make fun each other even in there miserable time.
This is so embarrassing.
"Chloe please tell to that brat that you won't leave him." his Grandma said while laughing. "So he can stop acting bullsh*t."
Ryuchen saw his wife lower her head in shame while holding her forehead. He also felt embarrassed but he didn't want to show it, especially to his Grandma. He knew that his Grandma would tease him even more if she saw that he's ashamed.
"You know what Grandma, my wife want to divorce me." he complained so they can change the topic.
"What?!" his Grandma exclaimed.
"Ryuchen!"
"Chloe dear, do you really want to divorce this brat?" Grandma asked, sadness written on her face. Chloe was about to answer when she spoke again. "I'm old, I won't be here for long. All I want is to carry and see my great-grandchildren. Play with them. I'm weak now, all I want is to take care of my great-grandchildren before I die. But, divorce? oh my..."
Ryuchen smiled secretly.
Even though his grandmother was old, he knew that she was still strong and could last for many years.
Too much drama, old woman!
"Grandma, please don't say that." his wife said worriedly when she approached his grandmother.
"Can't you give me a great-grandchild, my dear?" Grandma's begging. "Do you really have plans to get a divorce with Ryuchen?"
He noticed that his wife no longer knew what to say so he immediately helped her. He happily pulled her from her waist towards him.
"Don't worry, Grandma, we will do everything we can to give you a great-grandchild. Actually, we started last--- ouch!" Ryuchen felt his wife elbow on his stomach.
He just laughed when he saw Chloe's red face, she probably remembers what happened last night.
"It would be great if you could give me a great-grandchild as soon as possible." Grandma said happily while clapping. "I hope to hear good news from you soon."
