Chapter 64 - TRUTH ABOUT GENRY

"His Imperial Majesty, Emperor of Genry. Greetings!" They did a bow to Emperor Adler, and soon then looked at Ashleah. "Her Imperial Highness, Princess of Genry. Greetings!" After the Greetings for a few seconds the audience room inside the Imperial Palace went silent.

"After doing some research, we just need to take a final look at her highness to prove that what we found out about the history of the Empire is indeed right-" The man in the middle of the white magicians who looked like their Master Magician looked at Ashleah.

Emperor Adler looked at his daughter, she did the same. The Princess smiled at her Father and nodded her head before standing up. "Well then, what are you planning to do?" Ashleah said while walking her way to them.

"Your highness, if it's alright we want to see you using your powers or even creating a small shield around you." With that, Prescott quickly turned himself to a human being and walked closer to his master, coldly facing the White Magicians.

Prescott knew that His Majesty told him that they can trust the White Magicians with taking care of the situation. With his eyes glaring at them, they responded with blinking eyes.

"Please do not worry. We will never do any harm to her highness, and if ever something happens we do know that Prescott won't let us leave the Imperial Palace breathing."

Ashleah chuckled, glancing at Prescott she raised both of her eyebrows meaning that Prescott should move away. The man sighed, nodding his head he took 3 steps behind and pursed his lips together.

She then looked at the white magicians, they were curiously looking at Prescott. She saw how their eyes changed it's mood making her chuckle a little. 'They're like babies, seriously.' The Princess thought.

"You can move away from me too, I do not wish for any of you getting hurt because I once again lost control of my powers." After she said that, the team of white magicians quickly took a step back making her giggle once again.

Taking a lot of deep breaths, Ashleah soon then closed her eyes and imagined a shield covering her body. A shield that no one can break, a shield that she's the only one who can break or make it fade away.

"Ah, not again." Ashleah heard Prescott, with that she opened her eyes and saw how surprised the white magicians are while looking at the huge window beside them.

Her heart beat was faster than ever as she slowly turned her right to her right and saw this large light blue shield around the whole Imperial Palace.

"I-I did again?" She awkwardly smiled at Prescott and soon then looked at the White Magicians who had their jaws wide open due to shock.

"Again? Her highness is this powerful? C-Can we try and break the shield outside, Your Majesty?" The one who looked like the Master of the White Magicians proposed it. Emperor Adler just nodded his head with a smile.

Ashleah patiently waiting outside with Prescott, Gab, Kian, and Emperor Adler beside her, they were at the training grounds. The Master of the white magicians took a deep breath and slowly this blinding light came out from the palm of his hands to the shield.

Still, what made the Magicians surprised was.. the shield did not even budge or broke into pieces. They tried, and tried, and tried yet they failed. Miserably failed at that point.

"That's enough." Emperor Adler blurts out making them stop and bow their heads down. "Are you now sure of my daughter's powers is really this powerful?"

"Yes, Your Majesty. We will now tell you what really happened to the Empire." With that, they quickly walked their way back inside the audience room.

Sitting down on their own thrones, Ashleah sat head held high with a cold smile plastered on her face. She was ready if those White Magicians dare to say such things that they will think are the truth, but are really not.

Prescott did the same, standing up tall with glaring eyes and pursed lips. He looked at those men like he was reading their minds.

"It is indeed true that the very first Empress of the Empire was a daughter of a Goddess. She first met the man that was going to be our first Emperor when they were children–"

Ashleah soon then clasped her hands together, intertwining her fingers, she bit her lower lip. Her foot beneath her long and magnificent dress started to tap slowly trying her best not to make any sounds that could interrupt the Master of White Magicians from talking.

"–Soon then, they fell in love. Puppy love to be exact, they turned into teenagers and finally, they became adults, the daughter of the Goddess made the hardest decision she had ever made in her whole life.–"

She chuckled to herself, shaking her head lightly. Just look what love can do to you, really.' Ashleah thought to herself.

"–She chose the love of her life over the life she grew up with. Because of that, the Goddess was at first mad, angry, and disappointed at her daughter. Base on the old books and words that were anciently written; The Goddess soon then got amazed because of her daughter's bravery.–"

The man took a deep breath making Ashleah unexpectedly laugh at the man. She shook her hand with her head to it. "My, I-I am deeply sorry for suddenly laughing out of nowhere. Please do continue telling what happened after."

"She was very astonished because her daughter chose what she really wanted not what the others- no, please do scratch that. Not by what the world wants her to be just because that's her role, and just because that's why she was born."

The Princess felt like those were simple words yet it took her breath away. The world that they live in is judgmental from the very start. You have to live and to be the person that they always expect you to be, not knowing that you, yourself is slowing crumbling to pieces just because you are trying to be that person they wanted you to be.

"She then gave them, the Empire; Genry. That's the truth about it. And the reason why they want to sacrifice you is because you have the powers that can easily be the key to anything, you have the powers and you still can't control it, Your Highness. A very VERY big disadvantage for your side."

"Then, what are we going to do about it?" Emperor Adler blurts out, Ashleah glanced at her Father and saw how serious he was about this certain topic. "How can we train Ashleah? It is not like they will wait for us and attack after that."

"Do not fret, Your Majesty. We already have a plan about that. If, IF her highness agrees with the plan that we built together for her." He looked at Ashleah with a warm smile, she raised both of her eyebrows with an amused smile, Ashleah answered back.

"Please do tell me about the plan that you have in mind."
