I ordered the food and began to listen to the conversation around me. It was no secret anymore that I had come outside the Star University Territory.
The foreign creatures had dispatched people to eliminate me. The locals here were afraid. Clearly, the people who were after me were all killers.
They were breaking the laws, and their actions were going against the Star University. Dean Jerome had already wiped out most of the spies and the warriors.
Yet, there were some pests deeply hidden. The locals were worried that they would be caught in the crossfire.
A quick gleam appeared in my eyes. These people were worried that they would get caught in the crossfire, but they didn't know that two prominent families here had chosen the side of the foreign creatures.
After having the food, I paid the bill and left the shop. Then I approached a nearby cab driver. I asked the driver to take me around the city.
The driver agreed. I entered and sat down in the back seat.
