Not as low as before, back to a normal human's body temperature.
His actions were natural, catching Kane off guard. By the time she realized it, the man's hand had already moved away.
Jace Pierce pulled out a chair and sat down, speaking nonchalantly, "Why are you so unlucky."
"What?" Kane was puzzled.
"Is there anywhere else you're feeling uncomfortable?" Jace Pierce did not answer her.
After all, with Autumn Blaine here, it wasn't appropriate to directly say she was inadvertently hurt due to the Blaine sisters.
Besides, given this foolish woman's attitude, even if told, she wouldn't care.

Seeing how quickly he changed the subject, Kane was baffled and responded out of courtesy with a shake of her head.
