Mu Qianyue furrowed her brows in thought, seemingly considering.
"Wife, do you really agree?" A hint of excitement flashed in Nalan Jingzi's purple eyes.
"Fine, let's talk about this later. Are we going in or not?" Mu Qianyue said, frustrated.
"Of course, we are." Nalan Jing's mouth twitched; he knew she was teasing him. He led Mu Qianyue into the courtyard. "Grandmother, I'm back."
The man's gentle and rich voice fell softly, like a breeze brushing past the ears.
Upon hearing this familiar voice, the lonely and desolate face of the Su old lady quickly showed a hint of joy. She hurriedly stood up from the swing, "Jing'er, how come you have time to return?"
She greeted him with a smile, and when she saw the girl in purple beside Nalan Jing, her eyes brightened uncontrollably with joy. "You must be Jing'er's wife, Yue'er?"
"Hello, Grandmother." Mu Qianyue was stunned when she saw the Su old lady's eyes; they were naturally purple too!
