Then the Emperor saw the Empress Dowager's astonished expression.
"Ah, Mother, no, I just woke up. She is pregnant, let her not worry." The Emperor, seeing the Empress Dowager's expression, sensed trouble and quickly explained to avoid the Empress Dowager seeking Daoists' interventions.
"Oh, indeed, she is pregnant." Tianmiao nodded knowingly, pretending to believe.
"By the way, Mother, how are the Empress and the Princess... Are they well? I mean no other intention, just, just want to know if they're doing well." The Emperor hesitated, mumbling his question.
And again, he saw his mother's horrified expression.
At that moment, the Emperor clearly realized his own failures.
"Why are you thinking of them?" Tianmiao asked in shock, "Emperor, you've been calling for the abolition of the Empress. Do you think she would lead a good life? Also, how long has it been since you've seen the Princess? Do you know how tall she is?"
I know how tall she is. The Emperor almost blurted out.
