"Bastard, how did you acquire so much Eternal Essence as a mere mortal?!" Zaaran questioned Yuan after hastily avoiding his attack.
Although the attack wasn't powerful enough to destroy his avatar, it would have undoubtedly damaged it had he attempted to block it.
"Does it really matter how I acquired it?" Yuan calmly responded.
"A trillion years worth of Eternal Essence isn't a massive amount, but it's not insignificant, either! There's no way a human can acquire so much without the help of another Eternal! Who is the one helping a bastard like you?!" Zaaran shouted.
"Your mom," Yuan replied with a serious look on his face.
"My… what?"
Yuan's unexpected answer left Zaaran stunned speechless.
Since Eternals were born from the void, the very concept of "parents" didn't apply to them, so Yuan's remark would have gone over the heads of most of their kind.
