Writer here. I know I update late; it's either that I'm busy with my everyday life, like work and so on, or I'm not sure if I have writer's block. The idea is here (points to my head) and there (points at my notes), but there are too many drafts that I'm not sure if I placed it inside the story or not. So sometimes I need to backtrack just to make sure that I am following the right story path. I should have placed notes like 'this part is about this' and 'this part is about that,' as well as details about the characters, such as 'this character is like this' and 'this character is like that,' so I won't be lost sometimes.
Anyways, I also want to do a shout-out to Miss Carolina. Your comment moved me. You hit the spot right there. I really appreciate it. And from the last comment to Mr. The_Founder. Sir, I love that critic so much. It made me want to level up. I see that there is an improvement in my work. You know, guys, I did my best. It just means my hard work has paid off. Thank you very much! I really love it! Hope you enjoy the next chapters. Volume II will last 28 chapters. That will be the only spoiler I can give. Just to think of it, I was 24 when I started to write this book; that's why Volume I is 24 chapters, and Emperor Evan is 24 years old because of that same reason. It has been 5 years. Let me see if I can prepare something for Christmas, New Year, and also for my birthday. I'm saying that I will try; I don't want to disappoint you guys because I'm gonna be very busy. We rarely have holidays at work; I remember working during New Year's Eve, and that's totally normal. It will serve as a bonus for all the views and reads I receive. It's not that many numbers, but I love it!
Well, unfortunately, I cannot apply for another contract with this story anymore. I cannot rewrite the first copy of the novel either. I apologize; it was my first story, and I'm an amateur. I'm not saying I'm professional now. Definitely, a typical aspiring novelist or someone who dreams of creating lovely, cool stories.
The point is, I don't have any idea what to do. I started from scratch. I do trial and error, and maybe some mistakes cannot be undone, and that's why the small number of those people who view my stories moves me, because I'm really not gaining anything but the satisfaction that some people appreciate my work.
So, I'm thinking of small changes so I can reapply for contract.
