Flame Country's aid to Lucia in reconstructing shelters mainly focuses on some equipment and scarce materials.
For example, the geothermal heat pumps used in the shelters are the same as the core of the Energy Tower and were airlifted from Flame Country, and some of the insulation materials used in construction also rely on aid from Flame Country.
Of course, the amount of this construction material aid is not much, as the cargo capacity of airplanes is precious, and it's impossible to airlift a large quantity of building materials. Only scarce materials and related equipment are transported by plane.
Besides airplanes, Flame Country is also considering opening up a railway line from domestically to Lucia.
However, this route is too long. Even though Chen Xin and his team previously successfully reached Siberia by train, trying to reach Lucia's capital along the same railway line would mean traveling the same long distance again.
