At the construction site of the new city, Chen Xin was holding a blueprint and discussing construction issues with the engineer in charge of leveling the land.
"When you're leveling the land, make sure to follow the designated areas. Many parts of the new city need to be reserved for planting trees, so don't compact the soil directly. Otherwise, planting trees and plants later would be troublesome." After explaining the specifics, Chen Xin half-jokingly, half-seriously said to the engineer.
Although it was partly a joke, Chen Xin's words were not unfounded.
Even though building the new Dome City requires the entire land to be leveled, and areas for building new city structures and dome supports need to be compacted, the designated green areas in the new city must be preserved. Even the soil needs to be treated, to avoid affecting plant growth later.
