Inside the narrow and closed bridge, the operators are sitting in front of the equipment, intently staring at the screens before them.
The army officer sitting in the captain's position feels slightly uncomfortable. Even though he has been on the ship for a few days, he still isn't used to this navy-style bridge, being originally an army officer.
"Navigator, report our current location." Seemingly trying to ease the discomfort brought by this slight unfamiliarity, the captain asked the navigator, who was operating the radar beside him.
Due to the limited space of the bridge, there weren't many personnel inside. Besides the captain himself, there were only the helmsman, communications officer, chief officer, and the navigator who was being addressed by the captain.
"We are currently at longitude XX degrees east, latitude XX degrees north, everything is normal on the radar." The navigator glanced at the radar and reported to the captain.
