"Ha, boy, do you really distrust me that much?" Tin Wood sounded slightly displeased, "I've already told you before, I'm sincerely fulfilling the contract. Last time when those iron lumps of yours had trouble, I didn't run away, doesn't that prove anything?
Besides, I've been helping you for dozens of days now, I can easily continue and wait until the end of the contract to leave safely. So why take the risk to leave early? Do you think I'm that stupid?"
"Not exactly," Richard said, "I've always thought your intelligence matches your status as a high-level life form, knowing what's the wisest thing to do."
"That's more like it." Tin Wood said, "This is beneficial for both of us, I can't think of any reason to refuse."
"Maybe," Richard said ambiguously, "You stay as you are, and I'll think about your suggestion some more."
Saying this, Richard walked out of the door, leaving Eden.
In Research Room No.3, only Tin Wood was left, sitting alone.
