The driver on the other end of the phone answered honestly, "No! The lady asked me to drop her off at the entrance of the Gu Group and then leave, saying she'd call me once she was done with her business!"
Upon hearing this, Mu Beiting immediately hung up the phone, picked up the desk phone, and dialed the internal line. The call was answered after one ring, and before Pete on the other end could speak, he urgently said, "Send people to search thoroughly around the Gu Group entrance. We must find the lady!"
Pete immediately understood from Mu Beiting's words that something must have happened to the lady again, so he asked nothing and directly responded, "I know, I will give the orders immediately!"
After saying this, Mu Beiting hung up the phone, then stood up, took his coat from the hanger, put it on, and opened the office door to leave!
