Tessa Caldwell was in the restaurant on the first floor when she saw Xavier Warren and Eleanor Whittaker. All three looked a little awkward, but each had their own kind of awkwardness, with a deeper meaning that only they understood.
"Sis-in-law, didn't my brother come down to have dinner with you?" Xavier Warren asked.
"No idea," Tessa Caldwell replied casually and started eating heartily.
Eating the delicious food made her feel like summer had arrived after winter, her whole body warmed up.
Eleanor Whittaker frowned at her, "Why did you start eating? My brother hasn't come down yet."
Tessa Caldwell giggled at her and continued eating, "Too hungry, I started first. If you want to wait, go ahead and wait."
Eleanor Whittaker's face still held a smile, but inside she was furious.
This woman is so rude, eating alone and leaving them her leftovers, so hateful.
"I'm hungry too, I'll start eating as well," Xavier Warren joined in.
