Renee Langdon was fuming inside.
This Mena, never acts this well when filming, but now when framing someone, her acting skills are right on point.
She lowered her gaze slightly, then looked directly at Mena: "I didn't step on your dress, and I don't know why you fell. If you don't believe me, we can pull up the surveillance footage and have a look."
Surveillance footage?! Oh no, why didn't she think of that? Mena immediately scanned the ceiling, feeling guilty.
Finding that the surveillance cameras couldn't capture this area, she immediately breathed a sigh of relief, then looked at Renee: "Fine, let's check the footage."
Never mind whether the cameras caught it or not, they're about to start the event, who has time to review footage now? Mena shamelessly sneered at the staff: "Now what? My dress is ruined, how am I supposed to appear?"
