Tessa Caldwell thought about it, yeah, nothing has happened yet, who would think that far ahead?
She decided not to make things difficult for her husband anymore.
But he said that this tactic still seems viable. Should she tell her cousin? Perhaps her cousin could actually use this method to solve the problem.
However, before Tessa could tell her cousin everything, she received a call from Xavier Warren, saying her cousin was missing.
Tessa's heart skipped a beat. She asked Xavier over the phone, "What do you mean my cousin is missing?"
Xavier Warren's voice was anxious on the other end: "She went out yesterday and never came back. Didn't she come to see you?"
Tessa replied, "I'm not home now; I'm on Boss Redgrave's island with Faye."
Her brow furrowed tightly, "Did you have a fight with my cousin? Did she run away from home?"
Xavier hurriedly responded, "No, I swear to heaven. When I left this morning, we had agreed to register tomorrow."
