When Duan Xingzhou went downstairs, Xu Anran started organizing things.
After making a few trips back and forth, she finally managed to move everything upstairs.
Despite it being the middle of winter, she was covered in sweat. Xu Anran pointed to the bathroom and said, "Go wash up, I drew a bath for you."
"So nice?" Duan Xingzhou asked, taking off his coat, "What about you?"
Xu Anran pointed at the big pile of items on the floor that still needed tidying up, "I'll continue organizing, you go wash."
Duan Xingzhou reached out to wipe the dirt off her cheek, then he picked her up and strode towards the bathroom.
"Ah!" Xu Anran screamed, holding onto his neck, "What are you doing? Put me down."
"You're already this dirty, let's wash together and save water."
It's easy to imagine what could happen when two people bathe together. Duan Xingzhou was like a hungry wolf that hadn't eaten for days, seeing meat, he'd gnaw until not even a bone was left.
