Mel, who had previously spoken freely, ignoring Baybars' presence, bent down and whispered his last words in Edgan's ear. The body of the young man in the silver robes shuddered from head to toe as Mel spoke of Dark Energy as if he had managed to pluck it from his body and transfer it to him.
