--------------------

Once the light faded from existence, Sekke felt his power soar to new levels. Something within his body shifted — he realized that the spirit had merged with him.

"Hm? Don't spirits add pages to a grimoire?" asked Sekke, remembering Yuno's small wind spirit.

"MY KING!!! Let me answer your question!" yelled a voice in his head.

"OW. Calm down, buddy. Don't scream in there," said Sekke, wincing.

"My apologies for causing you such inconvenience," replied the spirit in an apologetic tone.

"Ahem. For us spirits, merging with a grimoire is only possible if the grimoire shares our attribute and can handle our power. But for a Spirit King like me, residing within the soul of a Mana King is the most optimal solution. That way, I can assist you instantly. It also bypasses the need for an attribute match — and allows you to harness the powers of a different element entirely," explained the spirit proudly.

"Oh? So I can use your magic too? Nice. Looks like I contracted a great spirit," said Sekke with a grin.

"I appreciate your praise, my liege. Serving you is my greatest wish — and now, it has come true."

The spirit paused for a moment, before speaking again."By the way, my liege… I hope it isn't rude to ask this, but—"

"What is it?" asked Sekke.

"Let me vanquish the vile presence residing within your body — this source of great evil! I cannot allow it to taint my liege!" yelled the spirit, glaring at the 'vile presence.'

"Sup, roomie. I'm my other half's other half. The Dragon King, Vritra," said Vritra casually, unbothered by the newcomer.

"My other half?! How dare you refer to my king so casually! I shall end you for good!" roared the spirit.

Sekke's body immediately glowed with golden mana as heat radiated from within him.

"Good. You're strong. But knowing your limits will be beneficial for you," said Vritra, releasing his own dark, ominous aura.

The two auras — one golden and divine, the other dark and draconic — clashed violently, shaking the very air around Sekke. The ground cracked beneath him from the sheer pressure. But before it escalated further, both energies were suddenly suppressed.

"Calm down. No infighting," ordered Sekke firmly. "That 'vile presence' is my buddy Vritra. No need to vanquish him."

"...I knew you got stronger," muttered Vritra in surprise, "but this strong?"

"As expected of my king!" exclaimed the spirit proudly.

"Don't escalate things like that again," scolded Sekke. "Good thing no one was near us — or that would've been bad."

Before either could respond, Sekke's body suddenly glowed — and in an instant, he was pulled back into the white void once again.

The golden ceiling of light shimmered above him.

"Congratulations," said the Will of the World. "You've contracted a Spirit King. Now you're officially my champion. Go — and save my world."

Without giving him a chance to reply, Sekke was teleported away. The Will clearly didn't want to waste time; the longer they spoke, the worse things became in the real world.

-------------------

Back in Real World:

Sekke blinked as he materialized amidst chaos. The once-vibrant world was now a wasteland of destruction.

"The Will sure is rushing me, huh," muttered Sekke.

'Can't blame them,' said Vritra. 'The world's already in this state.'

The Spirit King stayed silent, but from the devastation around them, he could easily guess what was happening.

"Well then, Vritra, Spirit-kun — let's start our job. First order of business: finding those divine shits." Sekke cracked his knuckles, eyes gleaming with excitement.

As Sekke activated his Balance Breaker, a surge of black and bronze energy enveloped him. Dark wings flared behind him, while glowing absorption lines shot from his armor and pierced the earth.

[Mana Zone]

The mana around him rejoiced — literally. It danced, eager to serve the newly awakened Mana King.

Sekke smirked. The mana itself wanted to help him now.

He pushed his Mana Zone wider — expanding it, testing his limits — until he had covered nearly a quarter of the planet.

"Not bad~" he muttered.

Using his mana sense, Sekke scanned the world — and instantly located another powerful presence.

"So far away... but at least I wasn't teleported right in front of him."

[Mana Zone: Bronze Age]

The earth glowed bronze, and in the far distance, even the corrupted Mana King began to petrify into bronze.

"That'll buy us some time. Let's go."

"My king, allow me to aid you!" said the spirit eagerly. Golden light enveloped Sekke.

[Sun Spirit Magic: Sunshine Blitz]

Understanding the magic's purpose through their shared link, Sekke smirked — his body blurring into golden light as he shot across the sky.

Within seconds, he reached the corrupted Mana King's location.

"...Not gonna lie," said Vritra, "the video did NOT do his size justice."

"Holy f*ck, he's huge," muttered Sekke.

"YOU EVIL BEAST! YOU SHALL FALL BEFORE MY KING!" roared the spirit.

Both Sekke and Vritra stared at him blankly.

"...Is he always like this?" asked Vritra.

"Seems so," said Sekke with a sigh.

Before they could say more—

"HOW THE HELL ARE YOU STILL ALIVE, YOU BASTARD?! JUST DIE ALREADY!" screamed a familiar voice.

Sekke turned to see Xander and the other "divine shits," glaring daggers at him.

"Oh, my buddy Xander~ Did you miss me? Time to die!" Sekke said cheerfully.

"Did that heathen... bad-mouth my liege?" asked the spirit, his voice dripping with cold fury.

"Yeah, he's like that. Don't mind him — just kill him," said Sekke casually.

"Gladly!"

Golden mana erupted from Sekke's body as the Spirit King took form — towering above them all, radiating divine heat.

"...Oh hell yes," whispered Sekke, eyes sparkling.

Sekke looked at his contracted spirit with excitement in his eyes. He was practically mentally screaming from excitement.

"You…" the giant's deep voice rumbled. "For the audacity of mocking my king— you will pay with your lives!"

Massive orbs of golden fire formed in his hands.

"Spirit-kun! I'll give you your name right here, right now!" shouted Sekke.

The spirits eyes widened in surprise not expecting such a reward out of nowhere.

"To trust me so much before I even showed any result. MY KING YOU ARE SO BENOVELONT!!!!" yelled the spirit in excitement.

"Yeah! From now on — your name is Exodia!"

"...SUBARASHIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII!!!" screamed the spirit as his power skyrocketed, golden mana scorching the air.

'Don't spoil him too much, my other half,' muttered Vritra. 'He's already nuts.'

"Now go. EXODIA OBLITERATE!!!!!!!" yelled Sekke ignoring Vritra.

"YES MY KING!!!!!!!" yelled the spirit king.

[Sun Spirit Magic: Light That Burns The Sky]

A blinding beam of sunlight vaporized everything in its path. When the light faded, nothing remained.

"...Great. Another crackhead," sighed Vritra.

"That was AWESOME!" shouted Sekke, giving Exodia a thumbs-up.

"My king, was my performance satisfactory?" asked Exodia, bowing his massive form.

"Satisfactory? That was amazing!"

Before they could celebrate more, the ground shook violently.

*ROAR*

The corrupted Mana King had broken free.

[World Magic: Calamity Quartet]

Lava erupted, winds imprisoned Sekke, a meteor fell from above, and lightning rained from every direction.

"Stay back, Exodia," Sekke ordered.

[Mana Zone: Unlimited Bronze Works: Gaster Massacre]

Giant Animal Skull filled with mana covered the surroundings and started firing beams of pure mana to destroy the spells that were headed towards Sekke.

Freed from the wind wall Sekke summoned Extase to his hand, raised it up in the air and charged it with mana.

A beam of pure mana tore through the meteor, vaporizing it instantly.

The corrupted Mana King, furious, expanded his own domain.

[World Magic: World Leader's Domain]

Sekke felt gravity slam him to the ground, but mana rushed to cushion him.

"Thanks, guys," he muttered.

"You're not the only Mana King anymore," said Sekke with a grin.

[Copy Debuff Magic: Limiter – 60 Min]

A red clock appeared above the giant's head, counting down.

'What's that do?' asked Vritra.

'It places a limiter on the spells used. From now on any spell he uses against me will have a timer applied to them before they can be used again. No spamming against the dark lord.' explained Sekke with a smirk.

As if realizing that something was wrong with him, the giant marched forward trying to crush the puny being.

"Oh no you don't."

[Bronze Creation Magic: Titan Horde]

The ground below him glowed as giant pillars of bronze rose up in the air, from with the pillar bronze titans came swarming out and rushed towards the giant intercepting it mid charge.

"Now some spice."

[Flame Debuff Magic: Blaze Touch]

[Ice Debuff Magic: Frost Touch]

[Lightning Debuff Magic: Paralysis Touch]

The horde of titans glowd with different colour each gaining a new debuffing property attached to them.

The corrupted Mana King fought and destroyed the titans swarming into him. Some with blunt attacks, other with spells. However everytime he used a spell a new timer appeared above him.

Realizing that he was not able to use his spells, the giant stopped using magic altogether only opting for mana reinforcement to attack the titans.

He also felt his body turning cold and being burnt at the same time. His movements started to get sluggish as well all thanks to Sekke's debuff spells that were affecting his body.

Feeling the hindrance in his body, the giant unleashed his mana destroying the titans in one single attack and causing a huge explosion around him.

Sekke blown back by the explosion flew up in the air to escape the attack.

High in the air Sekke looked down with a serious look in his face.

The explosion caused by the giant's sheer mana was stronger than both his and Exodia's earlier attack's combined.

'He is stronger than what I thought. Any new ideas my other half.' asked Vritra.

"More violence." replied Sekke.

'What a wonderful plan, my king!!!' exclaimed Exodia.

'Ugh... my sanity will die if I were to live with you guys.' groaned Vritra.

'Don't worry I would be more than happy to end you.' replied Exodia.

'Try it light show. I will show you why even gods feared the Prison Dragon King.' replied Vritra.

Ignoring the two bickering kids with in him Sekke started charging mana within him ready to end this before the the giant shows some new power all of a sudden.

'Vritra, do your job.' said Sekke.

'On it my other half.' said Vritra though he shot a mocking smile at his new room mate making the spirit king fume with anger.

Snake like appendages shot out of Sekke's armour and latched onto the giant who immediately started to struggle out of them.

'Stand down!!!' yelled Vritra excitement oozing out of him, fighting a foe of this caliber was making him remember his old days.

The mana started draining out of the giant, and when it tried to use it's magic to break free from those restraints it found itslef unable to do so.

"Now time for a huge surprise!!!" exclaimed Sekke.

Mana erupted out of Sekke as his body and armout started glowing with a bronze coating around it.

[Mana Zone]

The mana around him put pressure on the world as mana surged in excitement.

Sekke's figure started getting bigger and bigger.

The giant looked at the huge amount of mana gathering in front of him in panic.

*ROAR!!!!*

Letting out a roar the cursed king glared at the glowing figure.

Sekke immediately felt the mana cheering for him being pushed by the mana favouring the other mana king.

'How dare you act against the mana king!!!!' screamed the opposing mana

'How dare you act against OUR mana king! Be prepared to face the consequence!' screamed the mana favouring Sekke.

'You fools! It's not too late. Join our side!!!'

'Join your side! Hah! You foolish mana can't you feel the magnanimity of OUR Mana King. He will overwhelm you will his stength. We offer you the same deal. Join us. Join the DARK LORD!!!'

The two forces of mana continued bickering much to the happiness of Sekke.

The mana itself was cheering for him.

And being the showoff that he is, more mana started erupting out of him.

"Now I definitly can't hold back!!!" yelled Sekke as the his glowing figure got even bigger dwarfing the cursed mana king.

[Mana Zone: Bronze Body- Susanoo]

A giant humanoid creature made of bronze and dragon scales stood tall. The bronze structure looked similar to the that Sekke had though now it lacked a tail.

'Let me assist you as well my king.' said Exodia as a golden flames took place of the wings.

Sekke looked down on the Cursed Mana King with a mocking smile.

"My My~, aren't you tiny~" said Sekke.

'That's what she said,' quipped Vritra.

Sekke laughed. "Extase."

Calling out the name of the blade, the sword glowed turning into a giant blade, easily fitting the giant's hand.

Mana gathered in the sword as Sekke raised it up in the air.

"Vritra." Black flames swirled around the blade.

"Exodia." A miniature sun ignited above its tip.

"Hehe, now let's see how much oomph my new powers pack." said Sekke in excitement.

The world trembled. Skies cracked. Mana screamed in excitement.

But then — golden lights appeared in the sky.

Drunk on his power Sekke didn't notice the golden lights appearing in the sky.

"...What do you think saving the world means?" asked the Will of the World.

Sekke froze mid-swing. "Oh. Hello there."

"...."

The Will said nothing, but Sekke could feel its pressure.

"Just once?" he pleaded.

More silence.

"...Maybe we should hold back," whispered Vritra.

'I hate to side with him, but I agree with his words, my liege.' added Exodia.

Sekke lowered his sword as the sword turned small and got back in its sheath.

"Hmph, party pooper." muttered Sekke as the bronze giant pouted in anger and 'hmphed' like a tsundere.

"Finish the job," said the Will before vanishing.

Once the Will was gone Sekke sighed and looked at the puny giant and said, "What were you waiting for? You should have attacked while I was distracted. Seriously noobs."

The creature felt angry on being mocked but tried to run away when he saw the bronze giant's hand coming closer to him.

Sekke touched the cursed mana king as some mana entered within him.

[Explosion Debuff Magic: Bites the Dust]

The cursed mana king roared in anger as he felt the mana inside him acting up. He could feel the danger but because of being restrained by Vritra, it was not able to do anything.

*BOOM!!!!!*

The Mana King exploded at the cellular level — gone without a trace.

"....Couldn't you have done this from the start? You didn't need the mana king upgrade." said Vritra.

"We could have, but as you can see. It's not fun." said Sekke as he deactivated his spell dispelling the bronze giant.

"It felt anti-climatic. Also, about the Mana King part. Why would I refuse a power up?" asked Sekke.

"..." Vritra remained silent not knowing what to say. His host's were right after all.

"Stupid lizard! How dare you doubt my king's logic! My king, shall I slay this heretic?!" yelled Exodia.

"Exodia. Shut up." said Sekke.

"Yes my king." obediently replied Exodia immediately, turning silent.

"What did you know, this golden loud mouth had a mute button." taunted Vritra.

Exodia glared at the dragon but remained silent. His King has asked him to do so.

"Welp, one job done," said Sekke, gazing at the broken world. "Now it's up to the Will."
