Someone once said—

"Essentially, individuals or groups should not have any enemies, yet our enemies are everywhere. It's not that someone stands against us, but rather that we need these enemies to create an environment for us."

Whether this statement is correct or incorrect is not particularly important. Things that are idealistic and philosophical like this are hard to say as absolutely right or wrong; they are effective only under specific time and environmental backgrounds.

Lynch now has this feeling. Actually, be it the Youth Party or those stubborn rulers unwilling to compromise with the United Development Company, the existence of such people isn't completely harmful.

As long as the outcome can be controlled, the existence of these "hostile forces" is valuable.
