"So, you're saying this grilled Hangzhou pepper is different too?" Lowell asked as he picked up a skewer.
He took a bite, and the cheese inside stretched into threads.
"Although I personally don't find Hangzhou pepper spicy, I can't exclude the guests who can't eat any spicy food," Ye Fei explained. "So, adding cheese can neutralize that little bit of spiciness in the pepper. Even people who don't eat spicy food should be able to accept it."
"With the vegetables paired together, and eating the ingredients while they're hot, even with cheese, it doesn't feel greasy," Lowell nodded in agreement.
The five judges shared and finished all the remaining skewers on Ye Fei's grill.
What was left were the ingredients that hadn't been grilled yet.
The five of them regretfully retracted their gazes, as it wouldn't be appropriate to have Ye Fei continue grilling.
The staff came up and placed the contestants' ticket boxes in a prominent position on the stage, taking away the snack carts.
