A powerful force held the shopkeeper at a spot, not allowing him to move even further. He narrowed his eyes as he did not attempt to take another action.
He could feel from the absence of spiritual fluctuations that Nathan was mundane. The thought that a mundane man was challenging him filled him with so much rage that he tried to swallow.
The white-haired man just gave him a look before turning to the mundane and saying, "Let's go."
Nathan's ears trembled when he heard the low, magnetic voice and nodded, but he still did not hesitate to give the shopkeeper a middle finger before walking out.
As they moved a few steps away from the sun, they saw the young woman standing there, waiting for him. She looked nervous as she paced around a street sign.
Seeing the two men appear, her features relaxed and she gave an outward sigh of relief. "Thank Heaven that you are alright. Thank you so much for the help you gave me. Sorry for causing you any trouble. I really appreciate it."
